Your First 90 Days

We know switching bookkeepers or accounting firms can be difficult. Important items can easily get missed.  You may not know what you don't know.  We're here to dig deep and give you as much clarity as possible.  Our onboarding process is an in-depth review of your current accounting and financial processes.

Discovery Consult

During your free consultation, we learn the ins and outs of your business and hash out what our working relationship might look like.  Bring any issues, troubles or concerns to the call and we'll be happy to help!  We'll leave you with our best tips and applicable strategies that you can implement in your business right away.

Fact Find Questionnaire

After your consult, you'll receive our Fact Find Questionnaire.  This questionnaire digs deeper into each financial process in your business and gives us a good starting foundation to work from.  We'll build a customized needs list and proposal from the information you send us.

Account Review

During the account review, we'll take a peek under the hood of your accounting system, review your current processes, and uncover any outstanding issues.  You'll receive a workbook back from us documenting what we've found after a very thorough review.  Our review process includes an anlaysis of your transaction history, income statement, balance sheet, settings, 3rd party apps and day-to-day accounting processes.  Once complete, you'll set up a Kickoff Call and we'll walk you through the results.

Proposal

After your account review, we'll create a customized quote that addresses all of your accounting needs. This can include any cleanup work, software setups and systems develoment projects as well as ongoing bookkeeping and accounting services. Our services are priced by transaction volume (not by hour), so you'll always have a clear understanding of what to expect in regards to cost and how costs may change over the course of time as your business grows.

Kickoff Call

Our Kickoff Calls are where it all comes together.  We've identified the scope of work.  We've put it together in an easily digestible package and shared it with you.  Now, we formally agree on what's being done, who's doing what, and the timeline to implement those changes.  This is how we best ensure that everyone is on the same page and nothing falls through the cracks.
